INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl add your eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes together and beat well.
In a
non-stick skillet
over medium heat, your melt butter then pour about ⅓ of the egg mixture into the skillet.
Place one slice of cheese in the middle and let it sit about 1 minute. Fold the sides of the eggs into the middle, covering up your cheese.
Remove from pan and repeat with the remaining eggs. Serve eggs between two sausage patties with avocado. Serve wam. Enjoy!
