This low carb bacon wrapped chicken breast is full of flavor and healthy fats yet it only has 3 net carbs per serving! You can eat this keto friendly chicken breast alone or serve it with a side of our low carb garlic parmesan roasted asparagus.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Season both sides of your chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place your chicken breast on foil covered, non-stick baking sheet.
Cover with your chicken with cheese and add your jalapeno slices. Cut your bacon slices in half and drape 4 halves over each piece of chicken.
Bake the chicken for 30-45 minutes or until done. If your chicken appears to be done and the bacon is not, put it under the broiler for a few minutes until the bacon is done. Serve hot with a side of our low carb garlic parmesan roasted asparagus. Enjoy!
