Preheat your oven to 400 F. Next, layer the bottom of an 13 x 9 inch baking dish with 8 slices of your bacon. This is the pan I use. Put the baking pan in the oven while it is warming up and cook the bacon slices until they are form but not crispy.
While the bacon is cooking, cup your chicken breast lengthwise into thin slices. Aim for 3 - 4 thin slices per chicken breast. Season both sides with garlic powder, salt & pepper.
