In a large saute pan, add the olive oil and then add salmon skin side down and cook until for approximately 6 - 8 minutes or until the skin is crispy. Then you want to flip the salmon over and cook for the same amount of time.
Once done, remove the salmon from the pan and add butter. Serve warm. Enjoy!
