Low Carb Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

Our low carb garlic parmesan roasted asparagus recipe is easy to make, uses one pan and only has 2 net carbs per serving! Plus this recipe is the perfect keto, vegetarian and gluten-free side dish! We're sure you will love it!

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and set to the side.
  • Rinse the asparagus and trim off and woody end pieces. Spread out in a thin layer on top of the prepared cookie sheet and then drizzle the asparagus lightly with olive oil.
  • Next, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese.  Use your hands to mix the asparagus with all of the ingredients, then lay out into an even layer again. Drizzle a little more olive oil on the top. 
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 - 10 minutes then remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
