Low Carb Chicken Avocado Egg Bacon Salad

This salad is super simple to make but oh so delicious. With avocado, chicken, bacon and eggs, it only takes a few minutes to prepare and it only has 1.5 net carb per serving! You can eat it alone or enjoy it serve it over lettuce too.

  • 12 Ounce Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 6 Slices Crumbled Bacon
  • 3 Boiled Eggs Cut Into Cubes
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Cut Into Halves
  • 1/2 Small Sliced Red Onion
  • 1 Large Avocado(s)
  • 1/2 Stick Finely Chopped Celery

Salad Dressing


  • Combine all of the ingredients for the salad dressing together and mix well.
  • Next, combine the chicken, tomatoes, red onion, celery, bacon and eggs together and then add 3/4 of the salad dressing and mix well.
  • Add the avocado and gently toss together. If needed, you can add the remaining salad dressing. 
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over lettuce. Enjoy!
