Low Carb French Toast Sticks

These delicious keto french toast sticks are great for breakfast on the run because they only take 15 minutes to make! Plus the best part is that they only have 2.5 net carbs per serving!

  • Cut your low carb bread into sticks and set aside.
  • In a small bowl whisk yout eggs, cream and cinnamon together then soak bread into egg mixture.
  • Add your butter to a skillet and turn to medium high heat. Once the butter has melted, add your french toast sticks and cook them until they are golden brown on each side.
