Low Carb Avocado Crab Boats

These low carb avocados crab boats are stuffed with lump crab meat and have a nice, spicy kick to them! I’m obsessed with them. They're so good! And the best part about them is that they're only 2 net carbs per serving!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat broiler. In a medium bowl, stir together lump crab meat, yogurt, red onion, chives, lemon juice, cayenne and season with kosher salt to taste.
  • Scoop out the insides of the avocados to create bowls, leaving a small border. Take the avocado that you removed and cut it into small pieces and fold it into the crab mixture.
  • Fill the avocado bowls with your crab mixture then top with cheddar cheese.
  • Broil until cheese is just melted, which should take approximately 1 - 2 minutes then serve immediately. Enjoy!
