This low carb keto sausage breakfast sandwich is high in healthy fats and off the charts in flavor and it only has 4 net carbs per serving! The sausage on the outside is the perfect replacement so that you will not miss the bread at all!

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a small bowl add your eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes together and beat well.  
  • In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, your melt butter then pour about ⅓ of the egg mixture into the skillet.
  • Place one slice of cheese in the middle and let it sit about 1 minute. Fold the sides of the eggs into the middle, covering up your cheese. 
  • Remove from pan and repeat with the remaining eggs. Serve eggs between two sausage patties with avocado. Serve wam. Enjoy!
