Low Carb Avocado Pesto Pasta

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Then once the oil is melted add the chicken and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • While the chicken is cooking, use a spiralizer the make zoodles out of the zucchinis. Add to a non-stick pan and cook for 5 minutes. 
  • Add all the other ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Once the chicken is done, add everything in a bowl and mix well so that the avocado cream sauce covers all of the zucchini noodles. Serve warm and enjoy!
