1 Teaspoon Of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Of Organic Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Of Monk Fruit Sugar
1 Cup Of Filtered Or Distilled Water
Now it's really important that you dilute the ACV and do not drink it straight. Drinking ACV straight can cause you some serious problems so please don't attempt trying it! It will NOT give you better or quicker results!
After a day or two (or maybe more for some people) you may notice yourself going to the bathroom a little more often so don't worry… that's normal.
You may also notice that you feel a little less bloated. YAY! Well that's normal too!

This will make 1 liter of ACV limonade.
You can drink 1 – 2 liters of this mixture a day – EVERYDAY!
Now for every liter of AVC limonade you drink, you need to drink one liter or water.
So for example if you drink 2 liters of ACV limonade then you need to drink at least 2 liters of water!
