Low Carb Zucchini Fries
Our low carb zucchini fry recipe is super delicious and only have 5 INGREDIENTS and 3 net carbs per serving! Everyone will love them plus they're keto and vegetarian friendly too!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Zucchini(s)
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a non-stick baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut your zucchini lengthwise into quarters and put in a bowl.
- Put the zucchini on the baking sheet in a single layer, skin side down. Sprinkle the zucchini with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and oregano.
- Put the zucchini in the oven on the top rack, and bake for 15 minutes. Switch the oven to broil, and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the zucchini is golden brown.
- You can sprinkle zucchini with an extra 1 tbsp parmesan cheese right before serving. Enjoy!
