Low Carb Stuffed Bell Peppers
- Preheat the oven to 350. Cut the top off the bell peppers and remove all seeds then lightly brush olive oil on the inside and outside of the peppers then set them aside.
- Scoop the beef mixture into the bell peppers then place the peppers on a non-stick baking tray and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Once done remove and allow to site for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
