Low Carb Jamaican Cabbage
Our Low Carb, Jamaican Cabbage makes a great side dish for our Low Carb Jerk Chicken or our Low Carb Jamaican Curry Chicken. With only 7 net carbs per serving, we're sure this dish will make you feel like you're in Jamaica!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Head Cabbage Chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Pieces
- 1 Cup Chopped Zucchini
- 1 Cup Sliced Carrots
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the tough outer leaves and the core from the cabbage, the shred cabbage into bite sized pieces.
- Every few minutes make sure you stir the vegetables to make to stir your vegetables so that they don't burn.
- Once vegetables are finished serve them warm with our Low Carb Jamaican Curry Chicken. Enjoy!
