Low Carb Grilled Turkey Burger

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Lb Ground Turkey Breast
- 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Large Egg(s)
- 1/4 Cup Yellow Onion
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the turkey, almond flour, egg, onions, parsley, and garlic in a bowl then season with salt and pepper and mix it all together until fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into four even-sized patties and brush both sides with extra virgin olive oil.
- Add a little oil to a non-stick grilling pan, and turn to medium-high heat.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn the patties over and cook for another 5 minutes or until cooked through out.
- Wrap in a lettuce or enjoy with your favorite toppings!
