INGREDIENTS
- 1/2LbFresh Asparagus
- 1/2 TspSalt
- 1/2TspPepper
- 3ClovesMinced Garlic
- 3TspParmesan Cheese
- 2TbspsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and set to the side.
- Rinse the asparagus and trim off and woody end pieces. Spread out in a thin layer on top of the prepared cookie sheet and then drizzle the asparagus lightly with olive oil.
- Next, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Use your hands to mix the asparagus with all of the ingredients, then lay out into an even layer again. Drizzle a little more olive oil on the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 - 10 minutes then remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
