- Pour in the chicken broth then cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is done and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred by hand. Serve the chicken and vegetables in lettuce wraps with fresh lime wedges. Enjoy!
