Low Carb Creamy Goat Cheese Zucchini
- Allow the zucchini to cook until it's soft but not mushy (approximately 5 minutes). Next take one chicken bouillon cube and crumble it into your zucchini. Mix well then turn off the heat.
- Add goat cheese to warm mixture and allow it to melt. Serve warm and enjoy!
