These low carb cookie dough keto fat bombs are some of the easiest, yet tastiest, fat bombs you’ll make and they only have five ingredients (well six if you include salt) and they're just 3 net carbs per serving!

Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Lakanto Granulated Sweetener
- 1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Stick Grass Fed Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 2/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions

- Slowly add in the almond flour until no dry spots remain, then fold in chocolate chips and cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the dough into small balls. Store in the refrigerator if you plan to eat within the week and if not, then you can store in the freezer for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
