Low Carb Chicken Avocado Egg Bacon Salad
- Combine all of the ingredients for the salad dressing together and mix well.
- Next, combine the chicken, tomatoes, red onion, celery, bacon and eggs together and then add 3/4 of the salad dressing and mix well.
- Add the avocado and gently toss together. If needed, you can add the remaining salad dressing.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over lettuce. Enjoy!
