Our low carb cheeseburger breakfast scramble is not only keto-friendly, but it's also a crowd pleaser that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plus it's only 3 net carbs per serving!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 6 Medium Egg(s)
- 6 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 4 Tbsps Yellow Onion
- 2 Tbsps Water
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until your meat is no longer pink.
- Next add in onions and cook on medium low until they're translucent.
- Add the cream cheese and continue to cook until your cream cheese begins to melt.
- Beat eggs and pour over top of the meat mixture then add to a baking dish and put in oven for 5 - 10 minutes or until eggs are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm. Enjoy!
