Every since I've been on keto, mornings for me has always been a struggle when it comes to food and eating.

Now this recipe has a few more steps then your normal smoothie for a few reasons!

So the secret to what gives you that extra boost in this recipe (outside of the blueberries of course) is the collagen.
Ya know… sorta middle aged! LOL
And one of the things about losing weight and and being a middle aged woman going through menopause is that your skin is NOT forgiving!
