Low Carb BLT Bowl
Our low carb BLT Bowl was inspired by my favorite bacon sandwich! With only 5 net carbs per serving, this salad is easy to make and full of yummy fats to help keep you full all day! Enjoy it with our buttermilk ranch dressing.

INGREDIENTS
- 8SlicesCooked & Chopped Thick Cut Bacon
- 4CupsRomaine Lettuce
- 1MediumChopped Tomato
- 1Medium Diced Avocado
- 4TablespoonsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2TeaspoonsButtermilk Ranch Dressing
- 1Juice From One Lime
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse, chop and spin your lettuce in a salad spinner before putting in into a bowl.
- Next add your chopped tomatoes followed by your diced avocado. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste.
- Next layer your salad with your chopped bacon and drizzle your lime juice and olive oil over the salad then top with a teaspoon of my buttermilk ranch dressing. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
