Low Carb Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos
Our low carb bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers are spicy, cheezy and most importantly only has 2 net carbs per serving! It makes the perfect keto snack or party appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
- 12 Medium Jalapeno Peppers
- 12 Slices Bacon
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 8 Ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- Non Stick Cooking Spray
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 400 F. Line a non-stick baking sheet with foil and spray a coat of cooking spray.
- While the oven is heating, cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and then use a spoon to remove the insides.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper then mix well and fill each of the jalapeno halves with mixture.
- Next cut the slices of bacon slices in half and wrap each pepper. Then use a toothpick to secure the bacon to each pepper.
- Lay all of the peppers on your baking sheet and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until the bacon is crispy and browned. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
