INGREDIENTS
- 4OzBoneless Chicken Thighs
- 2Zucchini(s)
- 4TbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1TbspCoconut Oil
- 1Avocado(s)
- 1/2CupWater
- 1/2CupFresh Basil
- 1CloveMinced Garlic
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Then once the oil is melted add the chicken and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- While the chicken is cooking, use a spiralizer the make zoodles out of the zucchinis. Add to a non-stick pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add all the other ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
- Once the chicken is done, add everything in a bowl and mix well so that the avocado cream sauce covers all of the zucchini noodles. Serve warm and enjoy!
