Low Carb Avocado Crab Boats
- Scoop out the insides of the avocados to create bowls, leaving a small border. Take the avocado that you removed and cut it into small pieces and fold it into the crab mixture.
- Fill the avocado bowls with your crab mixture then top with cheddar cheese.
- Broil until cheese is just melted, which should take approximately 1 - 2 minutes then serve immediately. Enjoy!
