INGREDIENTS
- 1 Large Cucumber
- 2 Large Roma Tomatoes
- 2 Large Hass Avocados
- 1/4 Sliced Red Onion
- 1 Juiced Lime
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Next, peel and pit your avocados and then cut them into medium to large chunks then add to the bowl.
- You want to then roll your lime on the counter and then using a lime juicer, squeeze all of the juice out of it then pour it all over your salad. Next drizzle the olive oil over your salad and then season with salt and pepper.
