INGREDIENTS
- 1/2CupAlmond Flour(Plus 1 Tablespoon)
- 1/2 CupCream Cheese
- 4MediumEgg(s)
- 1/2TspCinnamon
- 1TspLakanto Granulated Sweetener
- 1TspGrass Fed Butter
- 1TbspSugar-Free Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix together and once done, set the batter aside.
- Over medium heat, fry pancakes in a non-stick pan with melted butter over medium heat. Turn over once the center begins to bubble.
- Once your pancake is done, transfer to a plate and continue with the rest of the batter.
- Serve your pancakes warm with some low carb fruit or with a side of sugar-free syrup. Enjoy!
