Chipotle Steak With Low Carb Tortilla
If you love Chipotle, then this recipe will make you think you've died and gone to heaven! This recipe only has 3.5 net carbs per serving so it's a great way to stay on your keto diet and still get the fat and protein your body needs to burn off the lbs!

INGREDIENTS
- 16OuncesSkirt Steak
- 4 OuncesPepper Jack Cheese
- 1CupSour Cream
- 1HandfulFresh Cilantro
- 1TbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1SplashChipotle Tabasco Sauce
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Homemade Guacamole
- 2Avocado(s)
- 2TspLime Juice
- 2TbspsFresh Cilantro
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- First, season your skirt steak with salt and pepper to taste. Next, heat up a cast iron skillet on high heat. When it's very hot, add olive oil, then the skirt steak and cook for 3 - 4 minutes on each side. Let it rest on a plate while you prepare the guacamole.
- Slice the skirt steak against the grain into thin, bite-sized strips and divide in into 4 individual sized portions.
- Add the pepper jack cheese to the top of each portion of skirt steak. Add about 1/4 cup of guacamole to each portion, followed by 1/4 cup of sour cream.
- Splash each portion with Chipotle Tabasco Sauce (optional) and fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
- Prepare the guacamole according to our homemade guacamole recipe. Serve with low carb tortillas (optional). Enjoy!

- Remove the pit for the avocado and mash. Add rest of ingredients and serve.
